YARDLEY
Yardley is a suburban area to the eastern side of Birmingham. It is known for its beautiful parks, historic buildings, and excellent transport links. Yardley is home to several notable landmarks, including the beautiful St. Edburgha's Church, which dates back to the 13th century.
Yardley Gardens
Church Road, Yardley
Yardley Gardens is situated in the peaceful conservation area of Old Yardley, a stone’s throw from the iconic grade 1 listed St Edburgha’s Church, parts of which date back to the 13th century, and the black and white timbered Trust School, built in the 15th century.
Originally built in 1903, this modernised development consists of eight one-bedroom bungalows and two one-bedroom flats, as well as a cosy residents’ lounge. Although the dwellings feature all mod cons, the overall design of the development is classic for almshouses, with homes built in a u-shape around attractive gardens.

Foliot Fields
Church Road, Erdington
Consisting of one two-bedroom and 30 one-bedroom flats, some of the homes at our Foliot Fields development overlook a cricket pitch where residents can enjoy the sound of leather on willow.
Although a wonderfully peaceful setting, the bustling Yew Tree Shopping Centre and a regular bus serving several destinations are a short walk away. The residents’ lounge provides a communal space for social get-togethers within the scheme.
