TYPES OF ROLES
Residential Care
We provide residential care facilities and communities for our residents.
We are CQC registered and have high standards of professionalism with our teams. We are always looking for people with the right attitude and behaviours that align with our values to join our team, in roles such as housekeeping, kitchen, or care. If you can't commit to a fixed number of hours each week, you might want to consider being one of our bank workers.
Community and housing related support
if you have experience in managing housing or working as a support or wellbeing worker, you may want to consider roles within this team.
Young people's support services

Working within our SHINE project we hire young person's support workers to support and improve the pathways of young people. For more information about SHINE click here.
Support functions
Our support functions are wide ranging from maintenance and property management, to business support administrations, finance, health and safety and human resources.
Volunteering
We are keen to hear from people who wish to volunteer for us. The ideal volunteer is someone who can support with resident events either regularly (weekly or monthly) or run one-off sessions.
