COLESHILL

Coleshill is a charming ancient coaching and market town in North Warwickshire, taking its name from the River Cole on which it stands. It retains much of its original character throughout including its thriving market square that prides itself on having a range of events, and the impressive Church of St Peter and St Paul which has a 52 metre high steeple, dating from the 13th century. There are excellent local amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as having an array of beautiful countryside nearby.

About Colehaven Cottages

Sumner Road, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 3BH

Our picturesque Colehaven Cottages development is steeped in history, giving it a grand yet homely feel with cottages set in mature gardens.

Built in the 1930s, the homes were developed by John Sumner who made his fortune as a tea merchant and founder of the Typhoo brand. The cottages still provide comfortable and bright single accommodation, and each has a small garden which residents can maintain themselves if they wish to.

The development consists of 11 one-bedroom bungalows and a residents’ lounge and community hall for socialising, holding functions, celebrating special occasions and hosting visitors.
