ERDINGTON

Erdington is a suburb of Birmingham, 4 miles north of Birmingham city centre.  It has a thriving High Street with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes, with beautiful parks and green spaces nearby. Erdington neighbours the popular area of Sutton Coldfield which offers the largest place to shop and relax within Birmingham outside of the city centre. Erdington was home to our founder and the location of his first Almshouses and the great Orphanage.

Mason Cottages

Orphanage Road, Erdington

Our Mason Cottage site comprises 36 individual bungalows set in lovely landscaped gardens, only one mile from the centre of Erdington, less than four miles from Sutton-

Coldfield and less than five miles from the city centre.

This site was originally part of the grounds of the Orphanage so it has a special place in the heart of the charity.

Holte & Bracebridge Almshouses

Church Road, Erdington

This terrace of 10 bed-sit bungalows were built in 1929 to replace the original Almshouses in Aston (built in 1650).

They are a short walk away from the High Street and set in attractive grounds.

This site is currently closed whilst we seek planning permission to develop the almshouses.
